Negotiation & Litigation

My work is largely based on continuous monitoring of clients’ work to help them avoid litigation wherever possible. My focus is on risk management and alternative dispute resolution practices such as out-of-court negotiation.

When a potential dispute arises, I analyze the case from all angles, especially considering the financial aspects to help clients decide whether to negotiate a settlement or continue with the dispute. If settling is the best way forward, I represent clients in negotiating process.

When litigation is unavoidable, I focus on clients’ commercial objectives while assessing legal, financial, and reputation risks.
